SHIPPING INFORMATION

** NOTICE: SHIPPING DELAYS DURING COVID-19 **

Expect delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.

We ship within Australia and New Zealand only. We charge postage at an automatically calculated cost pending weight and dimensions (as varied from time to time and subject to a surcharge for large orders).

We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days of the purchase date. Most orders should arrive within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing Suttons Parts Lions Den (HSV Lions Den) lionsdenorders@suttonsparts.com.au or calling 02 9648 3688. Our team is available from Monday - Friday 8.00am-4.30pm AEST. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered. * During sale periods and busy periods, Please allow dispatch to be around 5-7 days and may be slightly longer due to order quantity.

You will be emailed Tracking information from the selected courier with each order at the email address provided.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order. You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If you choose to have the item delivered without a signature of receipt you are responsible for any loss or damage after delivery.

If you choose to sign for your item you will generally need to be available between 7.00am and 5:00pm to receive the delivery. You have the option to choose a different delivery address than your billing address. For example you may want to use your work address for delivery if your employer’s workplace policies allow this. If you do not answer when the courier tries to deliver your order, the courier will generally leave a card. You must then contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. Without limitation, we are not liable for any loss or damage as a result of you failing to contact our courier within the time specified in any “article awaiting collection" notice left by the courier at the time of delivery.

FREE DELIVERY PROMOTIONS

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or similar. During the stated period of the promotion, the express terms of any specific promotion override these Terms other than the Special offers sections. You must pay any return freight costs on change of mind purchases. Faulty items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased where still available. For faulty items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered; we will pay all freight charges on faulty items.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following Refunds and Exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within Australia and New Zealand. HSV Lions Den wants its customers to be 100% satisfied with all products purchased through the HSV Lions Den.

You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to.

We do not refund on discounted stock, sale stock, swimwear or underwear under any circumstances. We will happily exchange discounted or sale stock for size or colour only.

We will happily exchange current season stock.

Exchanges or Refunds are only acceptable within twenty-one days of receipt of your Order (with proof of purchase to be shown) Email lionsdenorders@suttonsparts.com.au with your details & or photos with any exchange or return request

Refunds:

HSV Lions Den is committed to customer satisfaction and refunds will be made should any item of merchandise not meet your expectations - as outlined above. Any claim for a refund, as distinct from an exchange, should follow the guidelines outlined above. Specific reasons for a refund will greatly assist the HSV Lions Den in developing quality merchandise meeting your requirements.

Refunds are only acceptable within twenty-one days of receipt of your Order (with proof of purchase to be shown) All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase.

Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs.

All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund.

The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes.

Returned product postage will be at the cost of HSV Lions Den where a product is faulty, if you simply change your mind or decide you would like another colour or size the product postage will be at the cost of You, the customer.

Exchange:

Should another product be required in place of that ordered and received, an exchange for a product of similar value will occur. Any differential in price will be handled via an adjustment using the customer's credit card details.

Exchange can only be accepted within twenty-one days of receipt of your Order (with proof of purchase to be shown).

All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase.

To ensure prompt service for all customers it is important that all returns are packaged appropriately thus preventing any in-transit damage. HSV Lions Den is committed to prompt processing of the return.

Please note that when requesting a refund this refund will be issued via your same payment method. Contact the Lions Den should you have any queries or concerns.
